ALEGIS Construction worked on tenant improvements for three new YogaSix studios in Campbell, Mountain View, and Santa Clara California. This particular project in Campbell, California was a demolition of a 2,219 sq. ft. existing interior space in a strip mall. The tenant improvement consisted of updating the main studio space and waiting area with new lighting, flooring, electrical, sound insulation in the walls and ceilings, and new paint. Additionally, two new ADA restrooms and associated plumbing were included. One of the unique features for this project was a new HVAC system and the use of humidifiers to reduce the amount of moisture within the space during hot yoga sessions.
