Alegis has partnered with Tesla on several retail showrooms and service centers throughout the US, executing new tenant improvement remodels prior to the facility opening. The details of each project are customized to the needs presented by each building, but the overall scope of the remodels includes complete renovation of the building's interior and the exterior to bring them into compliance with Tesla's strict corporate design standards.
The renovations are comprehensive: Customer-facing improvements may include maximizing showroom space, upgrading the sales area, or overhauling reception areas, while the industrial side always begins with a completely redesigned state-of-the-art service facility meeting Tesla's safety, performance, and efficiency standards. Further behind-the-scenes work is contracted as-needed per the current status of the facility.
