Tenant improvements of existing basement to transform it into a small fitness center at station 11. At station 13 we updated the auto shop and generator with new pulley systems, lighting, restrooms, and a new kitchenette space.
Renton Fire and I are extremely pleased with the quality work that Darcy Tsujikawa and Jim Bachelder did on the Station 11 Generator Replacement and Station 13 Maintenance Building TI projects. I have always had terrific experiences working with ALEGIS, and these projects were no exception.
