Concrete Cutting

In order to address all the areas of failing waterproofing, we needed to remove all the raised concrete planters, as well as some of the retaining walls of the courtyard and dog park to allow our machinery to access the site. Removing the planter beds allowed us build them from scratch, implementing several industry-standard solutions to ensure that water would not collect in and fill the new beds. The cutting also exposed structural concrete to our engineers, allowing them to inspect the integrity of foundations where we would rebuild the planters.
