Our office tenant improvement for BDR Holdings, an award winning home building and investment firm in Bellevue involved renovation of a 6,000 sq. ft. office suite. The work started with selective demolition to prepare the space for high-end finishes throughout the main office space, lobby area, showroom, conference room, and kitchenette. The scope of the work includes new floor tile, carpet, luxury vinyl tile, LED lighting upgrades, a ceiling grid, acoustical ceiling tile, and paint throughout. New casework with solid surface countertops were installed in the kitchenette and coffee bar area and the lobby area features a new glass entry system.
